Country Inn of Hoyt Lakes

Our son lives close by with a very small house & 4 dogs so no room 4 ma & dad. I think we've stayed here 6,7,8 times over past 5 yrs. Very clean, very hospitable,fresh cookies at front desk, if need extra supplies, front desk is very helpful & friendly. Very positive 1st impression of reception area. Rates very reasonable. As long as son & grandson are here you can find us checked in hear!

Fantastic hotel. Rooms had all of the amenities that one requires when travelling. Great quality TV and the clock radio next to the bed was a nice touch. There is no clothes wash service, but there is a coin operated washer and dryer. The breakfast, however is not the best.

Great little hotel in Hoyt Lakes, Minnesota. The building staff are very polite and friendly, and accommodating as well. We were told the breakfast times when we checked in and were asked if we needed breakfast available any earlier in case we were leaving before 5:30-6. Breakfast was pretty darn good by most hotel standards. The beds are pretty firm but I personally like a firm mattress. Air conditioner in my room worked great. Overall good experience! Will be back!

Family friendly. They go out if their way to make guests comfortable.

Stayed here while skiing at giant's ridge earlier this year. Probably the best hotel in the area that I've stayed at while going to giant's ridge. Quiet, cozy, and way cleaner than most other hotels in the area. The front desk guy was really nice and friendly. The pool was decent as well, spacious and we had the whole place to ourselves. The rooms are a little old school but still nice and really comfortable. Breakfast was also good for what we needed. Fuel for a day on the slopes! Overall very cute place and will be returning.

I think it was over priced for the amenities available. we booked the hotel wanting to use the pool after a long day.. but the pool was not usable.we were not compensated for any of the 3 days we stayed there, the price came with a usable pool and there was not.. room keys did not work and we were locked out of our room at 7 15 am along with another guest . we were looking for someone and no one was around , we even went behind the counter to see if someone was hurt and no one in the office either . so needless to say we were screwed we waited till 8 oclock and then left to come back later with out shoes. you can check your cameras for saturday morning to see im not making this up .

This is a hotel. There was rooms and inside the rooms there was a bathroom. Inside the bathroom was a shower. Inside the shower was a drain. What's beyond that I'm not sure

My wife and I went there last year for our Anniversary. Had the best time of our life!! Swam in the pool, soaked in the whirlpool, went for a long walk!! Went out for Dinner. Had breakfast the next morning. Never had a problem the whole day. Would recommend staying there!! Staff was very friendly!!
